In Casa del Abad we prepare our breakfasts and menus based on the traditional Castilian cuisine with avant-garde touches. We use first quality raw materials with no shortage of products from the Castilla y León region, such as the lamb “churro” or the Torquemada peppers. Enjoy the best wines of the area with well-known origin denominations such as Ribera del Duero, Cigales, Toro and Bierzo Priorato.
Do not forget that Casa del Abad is the only Palencia restaurant awarded with 1* Michelin and recommended by the best gastronomic guides.
